A voyage to tautra

Do you want to visit the pearl of the Trondheimsfjord? Join us on a sailing trip to nice Tautra which is known for its special flora and fauna, a combination of the Medieval monks' import of herbs and favorable local climatic environment.

Tautra is an exciting destination for sailing trips as it has a lot to offer, everything in a walking distance from the harbor;
Klostergården offers dining and accommodation in atmospheric surroundings, and they have their own retail of local products and own-brewed beer. Tautra Maria Monastery Chapel is open for visitors every day and the nuns have a self-service shop with soaps and skin products.

The monastery ruins from the medieval times after the Cistercian-monks are worth a visit. The monastery was founded in 1207 and was operational to the reformation in 1537.
The Tautra conservation: The wetland system is conserved under the Ramsar convention and houses a rich flora and fauna. To put some extra excitement to the trip, we offer a fast RIB transport to get back home.
